Andy Edstrom, CFA, CFP is a financial advisor and a member of the investment committee at WESCAP Group, where he manages wealth and provides financial advice to clients.
Andy’s opinions have been published in The Wall Street Journal, and in The Economist.
Before joining WESCAP Group, Andy was a professional investor at a private equity fund and a hedge fund. Prior to the Global Financial Crisis of 2008-2009 he caught a glimpse into the making of “financial sausage” while working at Goldman Sachs.
Andy holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) credentials, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Williams College.
Andy lives in Los Angeles with his wife and children. He serves on the board of directors of the Robert M. Adams Foundation, a charitable foundation supporting education, healthcare research and other philanthropic activities.
